"Morning star" breakfast buffet: Fragrant coffee or sweet nana, Moroccan mint tea - what's your fancy? Homemade waffles, delicious muffins, baked goods from the best baker in Konstanz, fresh fruit, regional Lake Constance ham and salami, delicious cheese selection, muesli, homemade fruit quark, egg dishes, crispy bacon. On Sundays there are also salmon and BoSeecco from the Spitalkellerei Konstanz to celebrate the day. Students and trainees who book directly with us for their parents will be invited to breakfast once during their stay.
We extend our breakfast offer by purely vegetable products such as soy and oat milk from regional, organic cultivation of Hofgut Storzeln, Hilzingen. In addition to butter, there are now also margarine and vegetable spreads. So we hope to meet the ever-increasing need for healthy plant nutrition. Our other offer, in which we also pay attention to quality and regionality, of course, remains.
